Through the MHM program, we assist individuals in securing safe and affordable housing, regardless of their rental history. We advocate with landlords and offer support in expungement for those with background record concerns. Our aim is to help you find a lasting, happy living situation. Please note that certain eligibility criteria apply, and the program benefits last for six months.
Eligibility
To be eligible for MHM services:
An individual must have resided in a qualified setting or institution for 90 or more days.
An Individual must also be eligible for Medical Assistance (MA)
Chooses to move into the community.
Chooses to receive services.
